The purpose of this work of professional sufficiency is to present a didactic proposal for the development of mathematical competencies in the three year old children of a Private Educational Institution of San Juan de Miraflores, taking as a base the socio-cognitive humanist paradigm. To this end, after explaining the theoretical bases of the paradigm, curricular programming was developed, using as a tool the T model, where the general objective is the development of capacities, skills taken hand in hand with values, attitudes for the acquisition of optimal learning. Thus, learning sessions were developed for the achievement of planned competencies, making appropriate use of strategies, contents, methodological techniques and attitudes, leading to the development of skills and abilities, achieving an integral formation in the student, standing on his own and translating all the learning acquired to his reality without any difficulty. This is expected to provide an alternative for the proper development of mathematical skills, as they are part of life and integral development of every person.
