Dealing with the theoretical and practical study of the execution of the national curriculum in long and short-term planning is essential, especially in learning achievements that are not as expected, teachers who plan and execute decontextualized learning sessions, who do not respond to the purposes and principles of Peruvian education, for this reason it leads us to carry out this action plan called School Management to promote the implementation of the national curriculum at the initial and primary levels, with the objective of Developing school management to promote the implementation of the national curriculum at the initial and primary levels based on collaborative work, who will directly benefit a manager and three teachers. For which we developed the design of the participatory action research study, then, using the in-depth interview technique, we obtained as a result the ignorance of the national curriculum, through the systematization of information from the field notebook, the evaluation records, the external evaluations census evaluation of students and the regional evaluation of learning, provided us with information on the academic performance of students with very not encouraging results, therefore through actions of inter-learning groups, workshops, collegiate work, and as oriented mechanisms to generate the basic guidelines that allow us to improve teaching practice, and achieve the expected skills and abilities according to the national curriculum. Therefore, we conclude that carrying out an action plan in the curricular planning and execution processes is essential to improve the teaching performance and learning of our students.
