The limited Curriculum Management by teachers in the area of reading comprehension at the primary level, has as a consequence the low levels of student learning. For this reason, this action plan is formulated, called: Curricular Management in attention to the low achievements in reading comprehension of the primary level students of the Educational Institution 32411-Pampas de Flores, Miraflores-Huamalíes, and its general objective is: To improve the curricular management to increase the levels of achievement in reading comprehension of the students of the Educational Institution No. 32411 of Pampas de Flores, Miraflores-Huamalíes. The action research method is used for the development of this action plan and regarding the collection of information, four teachers participated to provide data such as the management of didactic processes of reading comprehension, monitoring and accompaniment of the pedagogical practice to teachers and on the management of social skills for the management of coexistence during learning sessions
