The present academic work, curricular management for the application of methodological strategies in a public educational institution, Loreto region. It allows us to know how much influence the methodological strategies have on student learning, in this way I was motivated to design this action plan, during the development of the Action Plan, it was observed that the primary teachers of the educational institution do not apply the adequate methodological strategies, which implies that there is no significant learning in our students, as participants we have 01 manager, 75 students, 02 teachers. The general objective is "Develop a training plan to strengthen curricular management in the application of methodological strategies in teaching performance in the educational institution", techniques and instruments have been used, the interview and the questionnaire and the design is Action Research Participatory and as an alternative solution, it is a monitoring, accompaniment and evaluation plan, in order to improve teaching performance. With this action plan, it is expected to contribute to the improvement of teaching skills in terms of contextualized curricular planning and to reflect on its importance for a successful teaching practice that allows us to achieve the expected and significant learning of the institution's students. educational.
