Gestión en la planificación de procesos didácticos del área de matemática en el nivel primaria de la institución educativa 40616 Casimiro Cuadros I del distrito de Cayma - Arequipa

Abstract

Ante la necesidad de mejorar los logros de aprendizaje en matemática en los estudiantes del nivel primaria de la Institución Educativa 40616 Casimiro Cuadros I, se plantea el Plan de Acción denominado: Gestión en la planificación de procesos didácticos del área de matemática en el nivel primaria de la Institución Educativa 40616 Casimiro Cuadros I del distrito de Cayma – Arequipa, para ello se esboza el siguiente objetivo general: Fortalecer la gestión en la planificación de los procesos didácticos del área de matemática mediante la implementación del plan de monitoreo y acompañamiento del desempeño docente en el nivel primaria, para realizar este Plan de Acción se cuenta con el liderazgo del equipo directivo y la participación del equipo docente del plantel. El tipo de investigación es aplicada de nivel descriptivo porque plantea resultados desde la reflexión teórica del diagnóstico, el enfoque es una investigación cualitativa porque interpreta el contexto tal como se presenta en la actualidad, el diseño es: Investigación Acción y su variante Investigación Acción Participativa, para el análisis del diagnóstico se tuvo en cuenta el resultado de las pruebas ECE de los 2014 al 2016, resultados de logros de aprendizaje del I y II bimestre del año 2018 y la aplicación de una entrevista a los docentes sobre el enfoque del área y los procesos didácticos de matemática, el problema es la ineficiente gestión en la planificación de procesos didácticos del área de matemática en el nivel primaria de la IE mencionado y para dar solución se plantea la implementación del plan del MAE del desempeño docente. En el capítulo II se plantea los referentes conceptuales que sustenta la investigación y en el capítulo IV la propuesta de la ejecución del Plan de Acción. Mediante la investigación del Plan de Acción se ha identificado el problema latente que afecta el logro de los aprendizajes de los estudiantes manifestado líneas arriba, esto es urgente resolverlo fortaleciendo las capacidades de los docentes con la aplicación del MAE tan indispensable para que la IE marche siempre en mejorar los logros de aprendizaje de los estudiantes en matemática, eso es la institución educativa es buscar la mejora continua de los aprendizajes de sus estudiantes que es la carta de presentación a la comunidad para hacer cada vez mejor a una escuela.

The type of research is applied at a descriptive level because it presents results from the theoretical reflection of the diagnosis, the approach is qualitative research because it interprets the context as it is currently presented, the design is: Action Research and its variant Participatory Action Research, For the analysis of the diagnosis, the result of the ECE tests from 2014 to 2016, results of learning achievements of the I and II bimester of the year 2018 and the application of an interview with teachers on the focus of the area and the objectives were taken into account. didactic processes of mathematics, the problem is the inefficient management in the planning of didactic processes in the area of ​​mathematics at the primary level of the EI mentioned and to provide a solution, the implementation of the MAE plan for teaching performance is proposed. In chapter II the conceptual referents that support the investigation are presented and in chapter IV the proposal for the execution of the Action Plan.

Through the investigation of the Action Plan, the latent problem that affects the achievement of student learning stated above has been identified, this is urgently resolved by strengthening the capacities of teachers with the application of the MAE so essential for EI to always work in improving the learning achievements of students in mathematics, that is the educational institution is to seek the continuous improvement of the learning of its students, which is the letter of introduction to the community to make a school better and better.
