Abstract: El objetivo general fue establecer la relación que existe entre el clima y el
compromiso organizacionales en los docentes de seis Centros de Educación
Básica Alternativa (CEBA). El diseño fue no experimental, transversal
correlacional, no causal. Se trabajó con la población compuesta por 109 docentes
de ambos sexos, y entre 25 a 65 años que laboraban en seis Centros de Educación
Básica Alternativa de la UGEL 07, a quienes se les aplicó el cuestionario de
compromiso organizacional y el cuestionario de clima organizacional. Entre los
principales resultados se halló que no existe relación significativa entre el clima
y compromiso organizacional. Las implicancias de los resultados son discutidas.
The general objective was to establish the relationship between the organizational climate and commitment in the teachers of six Alternative Basic Education Centers (CEBA). The design was non-experimental, cross-correlational, not causal. We worked with the population composed of 109 teachers of both sexes between 25 and 65 years old who worked in six centers of alternative basic education of UGEL 07, to whom the organizational commitment questionnaire and the organizational Climate Questionnaire were applied. Among the main results, it was found that there is no significant relationship between organizational climate and commitment. The implications of the results are discussed.
