The professional sufficiency work presented below has the objective of designing a didactic proposal for the development of religious education competencies in fourth grade high school students from a private educational institution in Surquillo, Lima. This is based on the Humanist Sociocognitive Paradigm, having as object of study the following Paradigms: the Cognitive Paradigm of Jean Piaget, David Ausubel and Jerome Bruner; the Contextual Sociocultural Paradigm of Lev Vygotsky and Reaven Feuerstein; and Robert Sternberg's Theory of Intelligence. Through this proposal, it is desired that the student be linked with the competencies, capacities and skills that allow to build their knowledge, at the same time that they learn values, especially moral, human and Christian values, reflecting these in their attitudes, allowing integration competently in partnership with others. Thus, this proposal presents, in the first chapter, the planning of the work of professional sufficiency, with the diagnosis and characteristics of the educational institution, as well as the objectives of the work; in the second, the theoretical framework of the aforementioned paradigms is presented; and, in the third and last chapter, the general and specific curricular programming, as well as an educational project.
