The objective of the action plan is entitled "curricular management to improve teaching practice in the planning and execution of the curriculum at the primary level of the special basic educational center "Javier Diez Canseco Cisneros" in Uchiza, Tocache. “The type of research is characterized by being qualitative and applied. The sample is made up of 2 teachers and all the students of the EBE modality at the primary level in the public CEBE "Javier diez Canseco Cisneros" of Uchiza, to whom the structured interview technique is applied with two instruments: discussion group and in-depth interview to measure learning levels; In addition, the information from the results of the evaluation of the POI (Individual Orientation Plan), psychopedagogical evaluation and psychological evaluation of students is used. Among the main results, it is considered that there is a significant difference in the practices of teachers in the areas of the CNEB that generates unsatisfactory levels of learning of students from first to sixth grade of primary school. It is concluded that the greater the lack of teacher preparation, there is a significant decrease in the levels of learning in the modality. The implications of the results were discussed.
