The purpose of this qualitative academic work is to improve the levels in the achievement of "Polya Type" Problem Solving in the area of mathematics The in-depth interview was designed and applied to a sample of 2 teachers; with the purpose of identifying their perception about the management of strategies to raise the level of achievement of the students in the area of mathematics of the I.E. Ranrash No. 32116. Among the most outstanding conclusions we have that: The principal as a pedagogical leader is the main person responsible for school management, it is who must train effective leaders within the school. The motivated teachers will shape their pedagogical practice in their classroom, thereby improving the learning of their students. students. Professional learning communities is a strategy that will allow the work at the teacher level, managing to improve educational quality through leadership distributive, collaborative work, and professional development among peers. It is essential to work with students on "Polya Type" Problem Solving, since this will allow them to improve strategically in the area of mathematics, thereby allowing them to be competent in the society in which they live.
