The purpose of this qualitative academic work is to improve levels in the achievement of competencies and the entrepreneurship approach in the area of education for work with the application of the PBL methodology. An in-depth survey was designed and applied to a sample of 13 teachers; with the purpose of recognizing their perception of the MAE and the management of strategies to improve the institutional climate and the documentary analysis sheet to a sample of 4 teachers in order to identify the management of curricular planning in the area of education for the work and raise the levels of achievement with the management of the PBL methodology with the students of the V and VI level of the I.E. "Marino Adrián Meza Rosales" of former technical variant in agriculture. Among the most outstanding conclusions we have that: the principal as a pedagogical leader is the main person responsible for school management, she is the one who must train effective leaders within the school. Motivated teachers will shape their pedagogical practice in the hours of Education for Work, thus improving the learning of their students. Professional learning communities is a strategy that will allow work at the teacher level, managing to improve educational quality through distributive leadership, collaborative work, self-training and professional development among peers. It is essential to work with students on the project-based learning methodology, since this will allow them tangible results such as agricultural products and develop entrepreneurship, thus allowing them to be competent when implementing their own businesses in the society that they have to develop.
