The present Plan of Action aims to improve curricular management to develop Business Management skills in the teachers of CETPRO San Luis Gonzaga de Huánuco; institution made up of the director, deputy director, head of productive activities, 13 technical training teachers and 250 students who are between 14 and 60 years of age, most of them have the desire to build their MYPE in the Occupational Options in which they are training The type of research is applied propositive and qualitative; The design is participatory action research, the group focus technique was applied and the interview guide was used as an instrument. The results contrast the hypothesis that there is little curricular management for the development of Business Management skills in CETPRO teachers, a situation that deserves to institutionalize continuous training for the development of business management skills and the formation of inter-learning circles. INC; also carry out the monitoring, accompaniment and evaluation of teaching performance, consolidating with the realization of internships in the productive sector; also make agreements and strategic alliances with institutions of the productive sector and organize technical work groups; Oriented to develop in students the entrepreneurship and management of their business or MYPE, greater opportunities for insertion into the labor market, business and are capable of establishing strategic alliances to enhance their business. It is concluded that the application of the action plan optimizes business management in teachers; teacher monitoring of pre-professional practices of students in the productive sector oriented to labor and business skills; and improves inter-institutional articulation with the productive sector to promote business management
