The present research aimed to establish the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction among workers at the Marcelino Champagnat University. The design was noncausal correlational. The population was 124 who were the majority of the workers of the Marcellin Champagnat University who answered the Inventory of Organizational Culture RST and the Scale of Satisfaction Labor RST. These instruments were submitted to expert judgment and validation tests. The results showed that a relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction (r = .672; p = .000) was found, as well as between its dimensions: Marist charism - institutional norms and dimensions of job satisfaction, showing that there is a highly Significant. Likewise, the direct positive correlation between the institutional identity dimension and the dimensions of job satisfaction, as well as the correlation between the dimension of communication levels and the other dimensions of job satisfaction, resulted. We conclude that there is a direct and significant relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction. Likewise, there is a relationship between the dimension of the Marist charism that has helped to maintain institutional standards and allow a good working environment. Each of these dimensions contributes to the development of institutional identity, which is reflected in the communication, the valuation of work, the types of interpersonal relations, the well-being of the work and the working conditions of the personnel who work in the university.
