Abstract

El presente de Plan de acción titulado Plan de Capacitación en Gestión Curricular en una Institución Educativa Inicial Publica del distrito de San Juan Bautista, tienen como objetivo principal “Diseñar un Plan de capacitación en gestión curricular del nivel inicial en una institución educativa pública del distrito de san juan bautista, región Loreto.”, cuyo propósito consiste en optimizar la práctica docente, a partir de la realización de acciones para cumplir con la propuesta. El diseño de investigación está basado en una Investigación de acción Participativa, donde se utilizó la Entrevista como instrumento técnico para recabar información y poder sistematizarla, así como el Instrumento de Gestión Anual - 2017 para recabar información para la identificación de la problemática. Es importante fortalecer las competencias en las docentes en la noción y conducción de procesos didácticos del área de ciencia y tecnología para así mejorar la destreza educativa en aula y por ende optimizar las enseñanzas de los estudiantes, mediante la organización
