Plan de convivencia escolar para fortalecer la participación y clima escolar en la institución educativa pública n° 0653 “Cesar Vallejo” del distrito de Juanjui, provincia Mariscal Caceres, región San Martín, 2018

Abstract

La investigación que presento a continuación, tiene como propósito formular un plan de convivencia escolar que implemente a la comunidad educativa con las estrategias pertinentes para fortalecer la participación y el clima escolar en la institución educativa N° 0653 “Cesar Vallejo”. Juanjui-2018. Se postula como hipótesis ¿De qué manera la adecuada convivencia escolar fortalece la participación y clima escolar de la institución educativa N° 0653 “Cesar Vallejo” Juanjui-2018? Como objetivo se plantea diseñar un Plan de Convivencia escolar para fortalecer la participación y el clima escolar de la institución educativa. Se trabajó con una muestra de la población integrada por estudiantes, docentes y padres de familia haciendo un total de 32 personas; el método, que será aplicada es con enfoque cualitativo; y el diseño de la investigación es investigación acción participativa con un diseño correlacional. Se aplicará como técnica la entrevista utilizando como instrumento el cuestionario para medir la gestión de la convivencia, y por juicio de expertos para la gestión de la convivencia y para la variable clima escolar el cuestionario. Quiero expresar la importancia del curso de Segunda Especialidad en Gestión Escolar y liderazgo Pedagógico en el cual se recibió las orientaciones para llevar a cabo el presente Plan de Acción y su implementación será de mucha utilidad debido a que responde a una necesidad de mejorar el clima escolar de la comunidad educativa objeto de este trabajo.

The research that I present below has the purpose of formulating a school coexistence plan that implements the educational community with the pertinent strategies to strengthen participation and the school climate in the educational institution No. 0653 "Cesar Vallejo". It is postulated as a hypothesis, how the adequate school coexistence strengthens the participation and school climate of the educational institution No. 0653 "Cesar Vallejo" Juanjui-2018? The objective is to design a School Coexistence Plan to strengthen participation and the school climate of the educational institution. We worked with a sample of the population made up of students, teachers and parents, making a total of 32 people; the method, which will be applied, is with a qualitative approach; and the research design is participatory action research with a correlational design. The interview will be applied as a technique, using the questionnaire as an instrument to measure the management of coexistence, and by expert judgment for the management of coexistence and the questionnaire for the school climate variable. I want to express the importance of the Second Specialty course in School Management and Pedagogical Leadership in which the guidelines to carry out this Action Plan were received and its implementation will be very useful because it responds to a need to improve the school climate of the educational community object of this work.
