The general objective of the present work of professional sufficiency was to demonstrate the professional competencies of the organizational psychologist. To this end, a situational diagnosis of the exchange between leader and employee was presented, as well as the stress and anxiety levels of the collaborators, an intervention plan was designed to improve the relationship between the leader and the collaborator and the corresponding evaluation indicators were elaborated. We worked with a group of 158 collaborators of a Peruvian printing institution. The results of the diagnosis showed that the levels of anxiety and stress are low, however the value of the exchange between leader and member was below the central measure, so the intervention plan aimed at improving the leader-collaborator relationship, this was developed based on the theory of transactional analysis and its main features are learning and practice of tools that serve to generate analysis of the transactions that leaders have with their collaborators. It is expected to result in an increase in the core value of the leader-employee exchange, which will be evaluated through the LMX - 7 scale.
