Gestión curricular de estrategias metodológicas en las áreas de comunicación y matemática del nivel de educación secundaria en la institución educativa Rafael Díaz de la provincia Mariscal Nieto – Moquegua

Abstract

El presente trabajo titulado “Gestión curricular en estrategias metodológicas en las áreas de Comunicación y Matemática de educación secundaria en la I.E. “Rafael Díaz” de la provincia Mariscal Nieto – Moquegua”, se llevó a cabo con la finalidad de plantear una alternativa de solución frente a la problemática identificada. La investigación permitió conocer a profundidad los factores asociados al logro de aprendizajes y cómo ellos influyen en el desempeño docente. El punto de partida fue la identificación del problema en un contexto real, que luego llevó a establecer un diagnóstico frente a la problemática encontrada y se planteó la alternativa de solución que se configura en un Plan de Acción. Se consideraron los referentes conceptuales así como las experiencias de investigación al respecto y un planteamiento metodológico que se llevó a cabo en la presente investigación. Finalmente se confluye en la Propuesta del Plan de acción que contiene básicamente objetivos, participantes, acciones, técnicas e instrumentos, recursos, presupuesto y su correspondiente matriz de monitoreo y evaluación que se constituyen en elementos que han de ser sometidos a una validación correspondiente. El diseño del presente estudio es el de Investigación Acción Participativa, que es una variante del diseño de Investigación Acción. La investigación permitió reconocer no solo una problemática, sino sobre todo una alternativa desde la gestión directiva con un enfoque de liderazgo pedagógico que involucra a los docentes de la I.E. Rafael Díaz como miembros de la comunidad educativa, tendientes a reorientar su práctica pedagógica en la incesante búsqueda de la mejora de los aprendizajes de nuestros estudiantes; el plan de mejora que se propone significará un aporte a la gestión escolar.

The present work entitled "Curricular management in methodological strategies in the areas of Communication and Mathematics of secondary education in the I.E. "Rafael Díaz" of the Mariscal Nieto - Moquegua province, was carried out with the purpose of proposing an alternative solution to the identified problem. The investigation allowed to know in depth the factors associated with the achievement of learning and how they influence the teaching performance. The starting point was the identification of the problem in a real context, which then led to establishing a diagnosis against the problem encountered and the alternative solution that is configured in an Action Plan was proposed. The conceptual references were considered as well as the research experiences in this regard and a methodological approach that was carried out in the present investigation. Finally, it comes together in the Action Plan Proposal that basically contains objectives, participants, actions, techniques and instruments, resources, budget and its corresponding monitoring and evaluation matrix that constitute elements that must be submitted to a corresponding validation. The design of the present study is that of Participatory Action Research, which is a variant of the Action Research design. The research allowed to recognize not only a problem, but above all an alternative from the directive management with a pedagogical leadership approach that involves the teachers of the I.E. Rafael Díaz as members of the educational community, tending to reorient their pedagogical practice in the incessant search for the improvement of the learning of our students; the proposed improvement plan will mean a contribution to school management.
