Gestión curricular para atender el área de comunicación respecto a la comprensión de textos escritos en el 2do y 4to Grado de Primaria de la Institución Educativa Integrada No 31756 “Ricardo Palma” de la Esperanza - Pasco

Abstract

El siguiente plan de acción contiene la finalidad determinar acciones estratégicas y actividades pertinentes con relación al problema identificado “Escasa gestión curricular para atender los logros insatisfactorios en el área de comunicación respecto a la comprensión de textos escritos en el 2do y 4to grado de primaria de la institución educativa integrada N° 31756 “Ricardo Palma” de La Esperanza”. El problema priorizado resulta de ser diagnosticado y analizado minuciosamente y obtenidos luego de aplicar la entrevista y monitoreo a los profesores del nivel primario del 2do y 4to grado llegando determinarse como como un problema de suma importancia y de urgente atención por lo que se plantea el siguiente objetivo general que es el de Fortalecer la gestión curricular en el área de comunicación referido a la comprensión de textos escritos en el 2° y 4° de primaria de la Institución Educativa Integrada n° 31756 “Ricardo Palma” La Esperanza. El problema en consideración se relaciona con los compromisos de gestión escolar y el marco del buen desempeño directivo, la metodología de investigación que se emplea es investigación aplicada. Porque la investigación educacional está dirigido a resolver problemas de la práctica pedagógica, el diseño es investigación acción participativa, porque el problema se resuelve implementando cambios, de manera más colaborativa y democrática con ayuda de los sujetos educativos. Además la técnica que se utilizó fue la observación y la entrevista en profundidad y como instrumento la ficha de observación y la guía de entrevista.

The problem under consideration is related to the commitments of school management and the framework of good management performance, the research methodology used is applied research. Because educational research is aimed at solving problems of pedagogical practice, the design is participatory action research, because the problem is solved by implementing changes, in a more collaborative and democratic way with the help of educational subjects. In addition, the technique that was used was observation and in-depth interview and as an instrument the observation sheet and the interview guide.
