Compromiso organizacional de los docentes de una institución educativa pública secundaria de la región Ucayali

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el compromiso organizacional docente en una institución educativa pública de la región Ucayali. El diseño de estudio fue descriptivo y la muestra estuvo conformado por 57 docentes y se utilizó como instrumento el cuestionario de compromiso organizacional OCQ de Meyer y Allen. Se llegó a concluir que existe en los docentes un fuerte sentimiento de pertinencia, identificación, entrega, y compromiso hacia la institución educativa donde trabaja.

The objective of this research was to determine the organizational commitment of teachers in a public educational institution in the Ucayali region. The study design was descriptive and the sample consisted of 57 teachers and the Meyer and Allen OCQ organizational commitment questionnaire was used as an instrument. It was concluded that there is a strong feeling of relevance, identification, dedication, and commitment to the educational institution where they work in teachers.
