Gestión curricular para promover el uso de materiales educativos en la I.E.I N° 111-Tocache

Abstract

El Presente plan de acción desarrollando en la Segunda Especialidad en Gestión Escolar con Liderazgo Pedagógico del Programa Nacional de Formación y Capacitación del Ministerio de Educación y ejecutado por Universidad Marcelino Champagnat, tiene como propósito exponer la propuesta del plan de acción “Gestión curricular para promover el uso de materiales educativos en la I.E.I Nª 111Tocache” , para que los estudiantes aprendan de manera práctica utilizando material concreto y conlleve al logro de aprendizajes satisfactorios. A través de esta propuesta se busca ofrecer una alternativa de solución al problema “Ineficiente gestión curricular para promover el uso de materiales educativos en la I.E.I Nº 111Tocache”, con el objetivo de promover el uso del material educativo en las áreas de la I.E.I N° 111-Tocache, con los estudiantes para ello se planteará la utilización de material concreto y estrategias de trabajo con las docentes: GIAS, Talleres, Reuniones de Interaprendizaje y visitas de aula, utilizando instrumentos como: Ficha de monitoreo, rubricas de monitoreo de materiales educativos. En conclusión, con esta propuesta sobre el uso de materiales educativos se busca Fortalecer la gestión curricular para promover el uso de materiales educativos la I.E.I Nº 111-tocache” y aplicar estrategias en el uso de materiales y recursos didácticos que conlleven a elevar el nivel de logro de aprendizajes y mejorar. Concluimos que si se planifica de manera adecuada el uso de materiales didácticos en las sesiones de aprendizaje permitirá que los estudiantes logren aprendizajes vivenciales con materiales concretos.

Through this proposal, we seek to offer an alternative solution to the problem "Inefficient curricular management to promote the use of educational materials in the I.E.I No. 111Tocache", with the aim of promoting the use of educational material in the areas of the I.E.I No. 111-Tocache, with the students, for this, the use of specific material and work strategies with the teachers will be considered: GIAS, Workshops, Inter-learning Meetings and classroom visits, using instruments such as: Monitoring sheet, monitoring rubrics of educational materials . In conclusion, with this proposal on the use of educational materials, the aim is to strengthen curricular management to promote the use of educational materials, the I.E.I Nº 111-tocache” and to apply strategies in the use of didactic materials and resources that lead to raising the level of learning achievement and improvement. We conclude that if the use of didactic materials in learning sessions is properly planned, it will allow students to achieve experiential learning with concrete materials.
