The present action plan developed in the Second Specialty in School Management with Pedagogical Leadership of the National Training and Training Program of the Ministry of Education and executed by the Marcelino Champagnat University, has the purpose of presenting the proposal of the action plan "Curricular management to promote the use of educational materials in the I.E.I Nª 111Tocache”, so that students learn in a practical way using concrete material and lead to the achievement of satisfactory learning. Through this proposal, we seek to offer an alternative solution to the problem "Inefficient curricular management to promote the use of educational materials in the I.E.I No. 111Tocache", with the aim of promoting the use of educational material in the areas of the I.E.I No. 111-Tocache, with the students, for this, the use of specific material and work strategies with the teachers will be considered: GIAS, Workshops, Inter-learning Meetings and classroom visits, using instruments such as: Monitoring sheet, monitoring rubrics of educational materials . In conclusion, with this proposal on the use of educational materials, the aim is to strengthen curricular management to promote the use of educational materials, the I.E.I Nº 111-tocache” and to apply strategies in the use of didactic materials and resources that lead to raising the level of learning achievement and improvement. We conclude that if the use of didactic materials in learning sessions is properly planned, it will allow students to achieve experiential learning with concrete materials.
