Propuesta de un plan de mejora de la planificación curricular para fortalecer la gestión curricular en la institución educativa pública nº 00172, del nivel secundaria “José Luis Purizaca Aldana” en la localidad Los Ángeles, distrito y provincia de Moyobamba, región Martin, 2019.

Abstract

El Plan de Acción “Implementación Curricular para la Gestión del Currículo en la IE. 00172 José Luis Purizaca Aldana” nos motivó realizar el presente Plan de acción, nuestra institución tiene debilidades en la gestión curricular el cual se busca fortalecer dicha gestión y así mejorar la práctica pedagógica de nuestros docentes, mejorando de esta manera los aprendizajes de nuestros estudiantes. Se presenta, de una manera breve, la contextualización del problema en la que se enmarca la implementación del currículo, dentro de la problemática general de la Institución. Por otra parte se hace una concisa descripción del problema y se presenta un diagnóstico general de los aspectos más relevantes que configuran la realidad del centro educativo. Seguidamente se exponen las alternativas de solución que se pretenden implementar en el desarrollo del Plan de Acción Se presentan los antecedentes de estudio respecto a nuestra problemática abordada y se señalan los referentes conceptuales que tienen relación con la implementación del currículo, complementándose con el tipo y diseño de Investigación presentado en el capítulo III. En el capítulo IV se aborda la propuesta, señalándose el diseño, de la implementación de la gestión curricular del Plan de Acción, quizá la parte central pues se señalan estrategias concretas a desarrollar para afrontar la problemática referente a la implementación de la gestión curricular a trabajar en la Institución Educativa. El trabajo concluye con una presentación de referencias y apéndices los cuales complementan la información respecto a la elaboración y posterior ejecución del presente Plan de Acción. Esperamos que el presente trabajo Académico contribuya eficazmente con una de las mayores aspiraciones que todo ciudadano debe tener, el cual es acceder a mejores niveles de desarrollo, entre los que se incluyen el desarrollo educativo, porque solo así estaremos en mejores condiciones para afrontar los desafíos que nos presenta la vida moderna y solo así la sociedad entrará a un nivel más elevado dentro de su evolución. Finalmente, invitamos a la lectura consciente y reflexiva pero a la vez a la ejecución de los planteamientos aquí descritos en las realidades que amerite. Invitamos también a hacernos llegar sus sugerencias y/o aportes como parte de su capacidad crítica y creativa, y juntos alcanzar ese ideal sublime: la expansión de libertades de nuestros alumnos.

The Action Plan “Curricular Implementation for Curriculum Management in IE. 00172 José Luis Purizaca Aldana” motivated us to carry out this Action Plan, our institution has weaknesses in curricular management which seeks to strengthen said management and thus improve the pedagogical practice of our teachers, thus improving the learning of our students. Briefly, the contextualization of the problem in which the implementation of the curriculum is framed is presented, within the general problems of the Institution. On the other hand, a concise description of the problem is made and a general diagnosis of the most relevant aspects that make up the reality of the educational center is presented. Next, the solution alternatives that are intended to be implemented in the development of the Action Plan are presented. The background of the study regarding our problem addressed is presented and the conceptual references that are related to the implementation of the curriculum are indicated, complemented with the type and design Research presented in chapter III. Chapter IV deals with the proposal, pointing out the design, of the implementation of the curricular management of the Action Plan, perhaps the central part, since concrete strategies are indicated to be developed to face the problem regarding the implementation of the curricular management to work. in the Educational Institution. The work concludes with a presentation of references and appendices which complement the information regarding the preparation and subsequent execution of this Action Plan. We hope that this academic work contributes effectively to one of the greatest aspirations that every citizen should have, which is to access better levels of development, including educational development, because only then will we be in better conditions to face the challenges presented to us by modern life and only then will society enter a higher level within its evolution. Finally, we invite a conscious and reflective reading but at the same time the execution of the approaches described here in the realities that merit.
