Gestión curricular en la formación continua de los docentes en la Institución Educativa Santa Rita de Siguas del distrito de Santa Rita De Siguas – Arequipa

Abstract

El presente plan de acción surge como motivación para promover los cambios necesarios de nuestra institución, y sea la líder en el distrito, se ha denominado “Gestión curricular en la formación continua de los docentes de la institución educativa “Santa Rita de Siguas” del distrito de Santa Rita de Siguas – Arequipa”; el objetivo es fortalecer una adecuada gestión curricular en la formación continua en los docentes de la institución ejerciendo el liderazgo directivo y planificando acciones pertinentes con el apoyo de especialistas e involucrar a toda la plana docente. El plan de acción que se presenta está en base a la metodología de investigación cualitativa de tipo aplicada, cuyo diseño es de la investigación acción; la misma que identifica un hecho con la participación activa de los actores educativos quienes deben generar el cambio a partir de la construcción del conocimiento y de ese modo se dé sostenibilidad a dicha propuesta. El instrumento es de: observación, con un cuaderno de campo para registrar acciones de los participantes, la encuesta consiste en la aplicación de un cuestionario para tomar información de los involucrados, apreciaciones del plan de acción y los efectos que estos van produciendo y la entrevista con una ficha estructurada permitirá conocer apreciaciones de los docentes, estudiantes y padres de familia. El compromiso del directivo para asistir técnica y sistemáticamente en el desempeño y la formación del docente; la metodología será de vital importancia, puesto que los mismos docentes a través de su responsabilidad, organización y motivación construirán las estrategias pertinentes a ser brindadas a los estudiantes en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. Finalmente podemos garantizar que este plan de acción nos conducirá a un alto rendimiento escolar y a una armoniosa convivencia entre los agentes educativos.

The action plan that is presented is based on the applied qualitative research methodology, whose design is action research; the same one that identifies a fact with the active participation of educational actors who must generate change from the construction of knowledge and thus give sustainability to said proposal. The instrument is: observation, with a field notebook to record the actions of the participants, the survey consists of the application of a questionnaire to collect information from those involved, appraisals of the action plan and the effects that these are producing and the interview with a structured file it will allow to know appreciations of the teachers, students and parents. The director's commitment to assist technically and systematically in the performance and training of the teacher; The methodology will be of vital importance, since the teachers themselves, through their responsibility, organization and motivation, will build the pertinent strategies to be provided to the students in the teaching-learning process. Finally, we can guarantee that this action plan will lead us to high school performance and harmonious coexistence among educational agents.
