The Rioja, Rioja, San Martin had a general objective to determine the degree of commitment of the institutional organization of the initial level of the initial public educational institution, the specific were described the degree of organizational commitment of the teaching staff and describe the degree of organizational commitment of the teaching staff, according to their dimensions. The sample consisted of ten teachers and one director, the sampling was intentional. The applied instrument is the organizational commitment questionnaire in its affective, continuity and normative dimensions. The study concludes that 64% of teachers have an organizational commitment and it is not enough, 18% is insufficient, 9% is sufficient and 9% is quite good, this means that there is indifference, little identification and participation of teachers. Also, in its dimensions: 55% was found with sufficient affective organizational commitment, 27% was sufficient, 9% insufficient and 9% very sufficient. 45% shows an organizational commitment of the last time and it is not enough, 45% low and 9% is enough. 9% show a very insufficient normative organizational commitment, 27% insufficient, 27% not enough, 27% is sufficient and 9% is very sufficient.
