Abstract: Se planteó como objetivo general identificar la relación que existe entre el
clima organizacional y el desempeño docente en profesores de una institución
educativa pública de Lima. La investigación fue cuantitativa con diseño no
experimental, transversal y correlacional. La muestra estuvo conformada por
100 profesores, de ambos sexos, con edades comprendidas entre 26 y 60 años.
Estos fueron seleccionados con un tipo de muestreo no probabilístico censal,
Se aplicó un Cuestionario de Clima Organizacional y un Cuestionario de
Desempeño Docente. Se encontró como resultado, que el clima organizacional
y el desempeño docente se encuentran relacionados de manera directa y
significativa, con una magnitud fuerte y está representa una relación altamente
significativa en los profesores evaluados. Se concluye que a un mayor clima
organizacional existe un mayor desempeño docente. Se han discutido además
las implicancias de los resultados.
