Faced with the diagnosed problem, inadequate monitoring planning and pedagogical accompaniment hinders curricular management at CEBA Coronel Pedro Portillo, in the Callería district, Coronel Portillo province, Ucayali region; The academic work Alternative Plan for monitoring and pedagogical accompaniment to strengthen curricular management arises as a solution proposal, whose main objective is to design a plan to improve monitoring and pedagogical accompaniment to strengthen the capacities of teachers, based on reflection. criticism of the practice itself, this implies redesigning structures that make it possible to improve learning in the classroom through monitoring and pedagogical accompaniment, this being an opportunity for critical reflection and commitment of the educational community The action plan is based on the background of national and international investigations that have reference to the mentioned problem; as well as monitoring strategies and pedagogical accompaniment. The sample population is 10 teachers of the Alternative Basic Education modality, in the Advanced Cycle in the form of face-to-face attention; the selected sample being the same population described, because it is considered significant, viable and operational. The methodological design is Participatory Action Research, allowing the problem to be identified through the interview questionnaire with open questions, non-participatory observation, systematized in the information collection matrix for the respective analysis.
