The present academic work is carried out with the purpose of improving Curriculum Management for the achievement of learning in the area of mathematics at the primary level. The problem is prioritized based on the unsatisfactory results obtained in the ECE evaluation in recent years, as well as the learning achievements achieved by students in the area of mathematics. Therefore, it is proposed to carry out the Action Plan: Curriculum Management for the Achievement of Learning in the Mathematics Area of the Primary Level of Educational Institution No. 32047 of Yanacocha, the same one that aims to Implement Curriculum Management to strengthen the didactic and methodological domain in the teaching of the Mathematics Area emphasizing its approach and applying its processes in an adequate manner and in relation to real life by the teachers of the multigrade primary level of the I. E. N ° 32047 of Yanacocha - Huánuco. The three teachers of the educational institution participate in this plan, who will be responsible for implementing the proposed actions. The methodology is justified insofar as it will allow the design of a pertinent, viable, innovative, participatory action plan based on the logic of educational scientific research. The Design of this Action Plan is that of Participatory Action Research, which is a variant of the Action Research design, since according to Hernández et al. (2014), this design occurs "When a problem in a community needs to be resolved and change is intended to be achieved" (p. 471); The implementation of changes or improvements is being considered, through the development of actions. The following instruments have been considered: Observation (Monitoring Sheet and Field Notebook) and interview (Questionnaire). In the development of the didactic processes carried out by teachers, it is evident that they focus on teaching and theoretical discourse, which does not allow students to develop their skills. Likewise, they use few manipulative materials because the teacher goes directly to the abstract without going through the concrete. The problem was identified through monitoring carried out during 2015 and 2016, as well as from the results of the ECE. From this identified problem, the Problem Formulation is defined: How should Curriculum Management be to strengthen the didactic and methodological domain in the teaching of the Mathematics Area, emphasizing its approach and applying its processes in an adequate way and in relation to life? by the teachers of the multigrade primary level of the I. E. N ° 32047 of Yanacocha - Huánuco? The solution alternatives have been formulated for each one of the causes and these are the realization of workshops to strengthen the didactic processes of the Mathematics curricular area, inter-learning circles, workshops for the use of manipulative materials, development of open classes for the exchange of experiences, visits to the classroom and teacher self-training sessions. This Action Plan is very useful because its execution will allow solving the prioritized problem and thus improve the learning achievements of students, for this it is initially required that the educational community be empowered by this Action Plan and assume their responsibility and commitment each one of the participants.
