experimental transversal, descriptivo simple.
The objective of this research was to describe the digital competencies of teachers from a public educational institution in Miraflores. The methodological design of the study was nonexperimental, cross-sectional, simple descriptive. 41 early, primary and secondary education teachers participated, selected by non-probability sampling, for convenience. The Instrument Digital Competence Questionnaire by Rangel, adapted to Peru by Zevallos (2018), was used as an instrument. The results showed means lower than those established as the limit to consider an adequate development of digital skills. An analysis by characteristics of the participants showed that men achieved higher scores than women, those under 40 years old outperformed those over that age, and those recruited to those named. It is concluded that teachers have an inadequate development of digital skills.
