The main objective of this academic work is to: Strengthen the capacities of teachers in the management of methodological strategies through professional learning communities in the development of skills in children with severe disabilities and multiple disabilities of the CEBE "Niño Jesús de Praga" Huánuco, el Action Plan will be developed under the leadership of the director of the I.E. and will have the support of 13 teachers, 01 psychologist. The methodology used in the Action Plan corresponds to an applied research, the same one that is aimed at solving problems in educational management, with the qualitative approach that is open, flexible and holistic and has followed a sequenced process. The design of this work is qualitative, to this extent the interview guides were designed and applied to the parents and the 13 teachers and 1 psychologist, in order to identify the problems in the curricular part to make the proper interpretation and propose alternative solutions and thus deal with the problem. In conclusion, this action plan is consolidated with the strengthening of teaching capacities, as well as the pedagogical leadership capacity of the manager to mobilize all the processes involved in the realization of this study.
