Plan de fortalecimiento orientado a la planificación curricular para fortalecer la gestión curricular en la Institución Educativa Cuna Jardín Hospital Amazónico de Yarinacocha

Abstract

El presente plan de acción representa la preocupación como todo líder pedagógico de dar a los estudiantes que recibe la institución una educación de calidad, siendo la necesidad que las docentes estén fortalecidas en planificación curricular y preparados para brindar una enseñanza adecuada y alcanzar los aprendizajes deseados, que a través de actividades de previstas en el plan permitirá lograr el reto y ser la escuela que todos queremos. Este trabajo plantea un objetivo general formular un plan de fortalecimiento orientado a la planificación curricular para fortalecer la gestión curricular en la Institución Educativa Cuna Jardín Hospital Amazónico, como objetivos específicos; proyectar estrategias que permitan la adecuada planificación curricular anual con las orientaciones presentes en el marco normativo en el plan de fortalecimiento, plantear estrategias orientadas a una adecuada planificación de las unidades y sesiones de aprendizaje con las orientaciones del marco normativo en el plan fortalecimiento, diseñar estrategias que faciliten la articulación entre la plan curricular anual, unidades didácticas y sesiones en el plan de fortalecimiento, que a partir de estrategias a desarrollar en 10 docentes, estas se vean fortalecidas en su desempeño, repercutiendo de esta manera en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes del ciclo I y II del nivel inicial, el diseño de estudio, es una “Investigación Acción Participativa” la cual permitirá resolver la problemática con el deseo de implementar cambios en las maestras para que de una manera colaborativa puedan realizar sus planificaciones curriculares teniendo en cuenta la necesidad e interés de los y sus actividades en las sesiones estén articuladas al Currículo Nacional de Educación Básica (CNEB) y lograr las competencias así como fortalecer la Gestión Curricular para lograr los aprendizajes de calidad en los educandos.

This work raises a general objective to formulate a strengthening plan oriented to curricular planning to strengthen curricular management in the Cuna Jardín Hospital Amazonico Educational Institution, as specific objectives; project strategies that allow adequate annual curricular planning with the guidelines present in the regulatory framework in the strengthening plan, propose strategies aimed at proper planning of the units and learning sessions with the guidelines of the regulatory framework in the strengthening plan, design strategies that facilitate the articulation between the annual curricular plan, didactic units and sessions in the strengthening plan, that from strategies to be developed in 10 teachers, these are strengthened in their performance, thus having an impact on the learning of the students of the cycle I and II of the initial level, the study design, is a "Participatory Action Research" which will allow solving the problem with the desire to implement changes in the teachers so that in a collaborative way they can carry out their curricular planning taking into account the need and interest of them and their activities These sessions are articulated to the National Basic Education Curriculum (CNEB) and achieve the competencies as well as strengthen the Curriculum Management to achieve quality learning in students.
