It is important that the manager develops his pedagogical leadership to carry out a pertinent Monitoring, Accompaniment and Evaluation that meets the purposes demanded by the MINEDU and today's society; as it is to promote the progressive autonomy of the teacher and the habit of continuous reflection on their action which is framed in getting students to consolidate the graduation profile. The Action Plan: Curriculum management in planning through monitoring, accompaniment and evaluation of the Primary Education level of the Educational Institution No. 40144 "Augusto Salazar Bondy" of the district of Miraflores - Arequipa; Its main objective is for the director to carry out Monitoring, Accompaniment and Evaluation with the purpose of improving the pedagogical practice of teachers so that they strengthen their professionalism and performance in their classrooms and therefore the students achieve significant learning. In order for the task of the chaperone to be successful, it is necessary to progressively build a climate of acceptance and trust between the teachers and the director who fulfills the role of chaperone; In order to achieve this institutional climate and democratic coexistence, it is important that the pedagogical assistant be a teacher who is recognized and valued for his pedagogical work and who has legitimacy and leadership among his colleagues. For the preparation of this Action Plan, the problem tree methodology has been used, the design is action research, observation technique and the Teaching Performance Observation Sheet as an instrument. The results of the Action Plan that is presented demonstrate the pedagogical leadership of the manager, the influence of monitoring. accompaniment and evaluation in the professional performance of teachers and the achievement of learning in students.
