Compromiso organizacional de los docentes de una institución educativa pública del distrito Manantay de la ciudad de Pucallpa

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar el compromiso organizacional de los docentes de una institución educativa pública de la ciudad de Pucallpa. El diseño de investigación fue descriptivo simple, la muestra estuvo conformado 32 docentes. El instrumento utilizado fue el cuestionario de compromiso organizacional OCQ de Meyer y Allen. Se llegó a concluir que existe regular compromiso organizacional docente.

The objective of this research was to determine the organizational commitment of teachers in a public educational institution in the Ucayali region. The study design was descriptive and the sample consisted of 57 teachers and the Meyer and Allen OCQ organizational commitment questionnaire was used as an instrument. It was concluded that there is a strong feeling of relevance, identification, dedication, and commitment to the educational institution where they work in teachers.
