The objective of this professional sufficiency work is to design a didactic proposal for the development of communication skills in sixth grade primary school students in a public educational institution in Barranca, Datem del Marañón, Loreto. For this reason, the various contributions of the following theorists are taken into account: Jean Piaget, David Ausubel and Lev Vygotsky (social environment). Through these contributions, it is necessary to know the evolutionary process of the student, he must be involved with the skills and competencies; in which it is not only an acquisition of knowledge, but a training based on values linked to its immediate context. It also specifies the importance of types of learning such as rote, meaningful and functional, because thanks to them we reach the expected goal. Therefore, this work presents: in the first chapter the planning of the work of professional proficiency, the second the theoretical framework and in the last chapter the curricular programming.
