Actitud y uso de las tecnologías de la información y comunicación en docentes de nivel inicial y primaria en una institución educativa privada en el distrito de Chorrillos de Lima

Abstract

La presente tesis tiene como objetivo principal estudiar la actitud y uso de las tecnologÌas de la informaciÛn y comunicaciÛn de docentes de nivel inicial y primaria en una instituciÛn educativa privada en el distrito de Chorrillos de Lima Metropolitana. El estudio se enmarca en una investigaciÛn no experimental con un diseÒo transeccional descriptivo. Por otro lado, la muestra estuvo compuesta por 52 docentes, siendo estos analizados con los instrumentos de recolecciÛn de datos como la ficha sociodemogr·fica y la Escala de Actitud del Docente hacia el Uso Educativo de las TIC. Los resultados revelaron que un porcentaje significativo de docentes tienen una actitud muy favorable de 24% frente a las TIC y un nivel alto de uso de 35% frente al uso de las TIC. Se concluye que, a pesar de algunos retos y resistencias, las tecnologÌas emergentes representan un recurso valioso en el proceso educativo, fomentando la interactividad y el aprendizaje colaborativo en entornos virtuales. Es importante continuar promoviendo la formaciÛn y el uso adecuado de las TIC en el ·mbito educativo.

The main objective of this thesis is to study the attitude and use of information and communication technologies in teachers at the initial and primary level of a private educational institution. The study is part of a non-experimental descriptive research, with a descriptive cross-sectional design. On the other hand, the sample was composed of approximately 40 teachers, who were analyzed with data collection instruments such as the sociodemographic file and the Teacher Attitude Scale towards the Educational Use of ICTs. The results revealed that a significant percentage of teachers have a very favorable attitude of 24% towards ICT and a high level of use of 35% towards the use of ICT. It is concluded that, despite some challenges and resistance, emerging technologies represent a valuable resource in the educational process, promoting interactivity and collaborative learning in virtual environments. It is important to continue to promote training and the appropriate use of ICT in education.
