Gestión curricular de estrategias de prevención y resolución pacífica de conflictos en la Institución Educativa Inicial Campo Marte del distrito de Paucarpata - Arequipa

Abstract

El presente diseño de Plan de acción denominado gestión curricular de estrategias de prevención y resolución pacífica de conflictos en la institución educativa Campo de Marte del distrito de Paucarpata-Arequipa, se constituye en un reto personal y profesional que motivó a emprender acciones tendientes a construir una propuesta de investigación novedosa, del tipo cualitativa, la misma que hizo de la reflexión crítica su principal instrumento para alcanzar el objetivo de mejorar la gestión curricular de estrategias de prevención y resolución pacífica de conflictos, con la participación del equipo directivo y docente de la en la institución educativa Campo de Marte del distrito de Paucarpata-Arequipa. Como todo proceso investigativo, necesita de un diagnóstico el mismo que permitió detectar las necesidades de atención desde el equipo directivo, docentes, estudiantes y padres de familia. Se priorizó un problema el cual se analizó a través de la técnica del árbol de problemas, se identificaron sus causas y efectos, los que a su vez se formularon en términos de objetivos y fines, desde los cuales se precisaron las acciones que en conjunto constituyen la alternativa de solución como es la implementación del monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación de la práctica docente. Las técnicas de recolección de información como reuniones, diarios de campo, entrevistas, socio dramas, observación participante estructurada, diálogos anecdóticos, entre otras, fueron utilizadas en el diagnóstico de la presente investigación, del cual podemos extraer como lección aprendida que el liderazgo del directivo se construye en el actuar cotidiano con el equipo docente, gestionando, acompañando y generando condiciones propicias para el aprendizaje en un clima escolar estable y solidario. Finalmente, la implementación y evaluación del presente trabajo académico es el siguiente paso que constituye en sí un estímulo de esta aventura investigativa que a la vez significa el inicio de otra en una suerte de espiral y que dará sentido al proceso formativo de Segunda Especialidad en Gestión Escolar con Liderazgo Pedagógico.

The present design of the Action Plan called curricular management of strategies for the prevention and peaceful resolution of conflicts in the Campo de Marte educational institution in the district of Paucarpata-Arequipa, constitutes a personal and professional challenge that motivated to undertake actions tending to build a innovative research proposal, of the qualitative type, the same one that made critical reflection its main instrument to achieve the objective of improving the curricular management of strategies for the prevention and peaceful resolution of conflicts, with the participation of the management and teaching team of the in Campo de Marte educational institution in the district of Paucarpata-Arequipa. Like any investigative process, it needs a diagnosis that allowed the detection of care needs from the management team, teachers, students and parents. A problem was prioritized, which was analyzed through the problem tree technique, its causes and effects were identified, which in turn were formulated in terms of objectives and purposes, from which the actions that together constitute the alternative solution such as the implementation of monitoring, accompaniment and evaluation of teaching practice. Information gathering techniques such as meetings, field diaries, interviews, socio dramas, structured participant observation, anecdotal dialogues, among others, were used in the diagnosis of this research, from which we can extract as a lesson learned that managerial leadership It is built on daily actions with the teaching team, managing, accompanying and creating favorable conditions for learning in a stable and supportive school climate. Finally, the implementation and evaluation of this academic work is the next step that constitutes in itself a stimulus for this investigative adventure that at the same time means the beginning of another in a sort of spiral and that will give meaning to the training process of the Second Specialty in Management.
