The professional sufficiency work that is presented below, aims to design a didactic proposal to strengthen the construction of the life project through participatory techniques in fifth-year secondary school students of a public educational institution in Surquillo, Lima. To do this, this proposal is based on the humanistic sociocognitive paradigm of: Jean Piaget, David Ausubel and Jerome Bruner (cognitive), Lev Vygotsky, Reuven Feuerstein, Albert Bandura and Lawrence Kohlberg (social and cultural), Robert Sternberg, Martiniano Román and Eloísa Ten (Intelligence theory). Through this proposal, the student structures his life project based on the integration of his interests, personal self-discovery techniques and reaffirmation of her personality; Likewise, it develops skills and values necessary to exercise responsible citizenship. This proposal contains in the first chapter the planning of the work of professional proficiency, in the second the theoretical framework and as the last chapter the programming of the proposal
