This research was carried out in the towns of Pasambara and Chorpamba, located in the district of Quiruvilca, Province of Santiago de Chuco - La Libertad, with the coordination and permission of the Municipality of Quiruvilca and the inhabitants of the aforementioned localities. In this investigation the Final Study of the improvement Project of the Pasamabara - Chorpampa Local Road was carried out with a rolling folder based on granular material typical of the area, “laja”; and to achieve this objective, it was traveled to the study area, where the necessary data and samples were taken for the realization of the project, through topographic survey of the area, location of transverse drainage structures and excavation of calicatas for the extraction of soil samples, in order to improve the conditions of passability that facilitates the commercial exchange of agricultural products and also facilitates access to better health and education services. The theoretical basis of this research was taken from the Geometric Design Manual DG-2014 and the Road Manual - Soils and Pavements; In addition, this investigation was of the Non-Experimental type, of Transversal - Descriptive design, with the Observation and Observation Guide as a technique and instrument of data collection, and the descriptive statistics together with the bar graphs as a method and instrument of data analysis respectively. The main result was the final length of the road, which was 4616.33 m, with vertical alignment slopes ranging between 1 and 13%, with the exception of one, which is 17.89%. And it was concluded that the thicknesses of the pavement layers were 20 cm overside, 15 cm sub-base and 20 cm base.
