Bases teóricas para el mejoramiento y ampliación de los servicios de agua potable y saneamiento – Cusipampa - Distrito y provincia de Santiago de Chuco – La Libertad, 2019.

Abstract

En la actualidad se encuentran en mal estado por la antigüedad y la falta de mantenimiento; además solo abastece a la población más concentrada, coberturando a un 60% de la población. Los Pobladores del caserío de Cusipampa han venido solicitando la elaboración de una Propuesta Técnica que dé solución a esta condición, al evaluar y verificar que dicho caserío actualmente cuenta con el sistema de agua en malas condiciones, además la operación y mantenimiento han sido nulos, originando que el líquido elemento que llega a las viviendas del caserío de Cusipampa sea de mala calidad y además existe perdida de agua por rotura de tuberías, por otro lado las disposiciones inadecuadas de las excretas, originan el incremento de las enfermedades infectocontagiosas como diarreas agudas, enfermedades respiratorias, entre otras. Es por esta razón que urge el mejoramiento del sistema de agua potable y saneamiento básico con dotación de UBS con la finalidad de mejorar la calidad de vida de la población al reducir los costos de los pobladores en salud. El presente proyecto se enmarca dentro de los lineamientos de política sectorial-funcional y en el contexto nacional, regional y local (Plan Maestro, Plan de Desarrollo Regional y Local).

It is for this reason that the improvement of the drinking water and basic sanitation system with UBS provision is urgently needed in order to improve the quality of life of the population by reducing the costs of health residents. This project is framed within the sectorial-functional policy guidelines and in the national, regional and local context (Master Plan, Regional and Local Development Plan).
