In Peru, road design is one the largest projects. Due to its contribution to the development of the provinces, cities and towns. The purpose of the research is the neighborhood road rehabilitation. It will be developed in compliance with all the specific objectives set out in the research for its development and execution of said project. The purpose of this is to carry out the rehabilitation of the neighborhood road located in the cochorco district, the section begins in a detour along the Pe 10C national route arriving at detour For this we carry out the well detailed studies of the road such as: soil study, survey to non-experimental descriptive research in or that is; topographic, study of quarries, hydrological study, analysis of geometric design and budget preparation, applying the technical knowledge of engineering and current regulations by the Ministry of Transport and Communications. The road improves the quality of life of the inhabitants to have greater access to health centers, education and economic social development.
