The research project consists of the projection and implementation of free asterisk software, to improve and improve telephony communication in the company Yikanomi General Contractors SAC. The company is located at Av. Javier Prado Este No 3479 Piso 2 San Borja, is a company of Peruvian and private capital that has been working in the construction and engineering of buildings. The company was formally constituted before SUNARP on July 4, 1997. Over the years and the increase in administrative staff and engineering professionals, deficiencies in telephone communication began to be generated, generating communication instability, causing discomfort in the personnel and suppliers of the company. Likewise causing an urgent alarm before the general representative of the company. According to the diagnosis and collection of information, it is determined that the telephone communication technology available to the company is obsolete and limited, which does not allow the growth of attached annexes and / or terminals, in addition this technology is deficient in calls concurrent incoming as outgoing, evidencing a very small number of calls. Finally, given the problems obtained, it was suggested to improve telephone communication, implementing an optimal solution under modern technology. Asterisk software being a very robust product in a unified communication. The research methodology is applied with the objective of improving telephone communication, obtaining a descriptive design that allows expanding and specifying the test analysis with an observation before and after the implementation of the Asterisk software.
