Habilidades sociales y aprendizaje cooperativo en los estudiantes de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Empresa de la Universidad Continental de Huancayo, 2019 – II

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo establecer la relación entre habilidades sociales y aprendizaje cooperativo en los estudiantes del curso Seminario de Investigación de la facultad de Ciencias de la Empresa de la Universidad Continental de Huancayo, 2019 – II. En la base teórica se analizó los conceptos fundamentales de habilidades sociales y aprendizaje cooperativo. El tipo de investigación fue descriptiva - correlacional, de diseño no experimental, de tipo transversal o transaccional y de enfoque cuantitativo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 120 estudiantes, a quienes se les aplicó dos encuestas con sus instrumentos que son los cuestionarios. El estudio es de valor teórico, práctico, metodológico, que va a aportar conocimientos sobre la realidad de las habilidades sociales y aprendizaje cooperativo en los estudiantes del curso Seminario de Investigación de la facultad de Ciencias de la Empresa de la Universidad Continental. Según los resultados obtenidos, se concluye que existe relación directa y significativa entre las habilidades sociales y aprendizaje cooperativo en los estudiantes del curso Seminario de Investigación de la facultad de Ciencias de la Empresa de la Universidad Continental de Huancayo, 2019 - II. La prueba estadística utilizada fue el coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman cuyo valor =,554** y el valor (ρ = 0,000, valor P <0,05).

The present work of investigation had as aim determine the relation between social skills and cooperative learning in the students of the Research Seminar course of the Faculty of Business Sciences of the Continental University of Huancayo, 2019 - II. In the theoretical base there were analyzed the basic concepts of social skills and cooperative learning were analyzed. The type of investigation was descriptive - correlational, of not experimental design and of quantitative approach. The sample was shaped by 120 students, to whom two surveys were applied with their instruments, which are the questionnaires. The topic in study is of theoretical, practical, methodological value, which is going to contribute knowledge on the reality of social skills and cooperative learning in the students of the Research Seminar course of the Faculty of Business Sciences of the Continental University. The obtained results, one concludes that significant relation exists between social skills and cooperative learning in the students of the Research Seminar course of the Faculty of Business Sciences of the Continental University of Huancayo, 2019 - II. What is demonstrated by the statistician of Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient whose value =, 554 ** and the value (ρ = 0.000, P value <0.05).
