Estilos de aprendizaje en la educación ambiental en estudiantes de la carrera profesional de Ciencias Forestales y del Ambiente de la UNCP, Huancayo 2019

Abstract

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo establecer la relación entre la educación ambiental y los estilos de aprendizaje en estudiantes de la Carrera Profesional de Ciencias Forestales y del Ambiente de la Universidad Nacional del Centro del Perú (UNCP), en la ciudad de Huancayo, el año 2019. La presente investigación tiene un enfoque cuantitativo. El tipo es descriptivo correlacional. El diseño es no experimental y transversal. Se abordarán la educación ambiental y los estilos de aprendizaje en estudiantes de la Carrera Profesional de Ciencias Forestales y del Ambiente de la Facultad de Ciencias Forestales y del Ambiente de la UNCP. La población de la Facultad estuvo conformada por 509 estudiantes y para el tamaño de muestra se tomó 129 estudiantes, correspondientes al V, VI y VII ciclo académico. El instrumento de recolección fue un cuestionario con técnica de encuesta. Se ha llegado a la conclusión de demostrar que existe una relación significativa de 0,048 entre la educación ambiental y los estilos de aprendizaje en estudiantes de la Facultad de Ciencias Forestales y del Ambiente, con un nivel de significancia p=<=0.048  0.05. Tal es así que se aprueba la hipótesis alterna H1 y se rechaza la hipótesis H0. Por tanto, se demuestra estadísticamente que si existe relación significativa entre la educación ambiental y los estilos de aprendizaje VARK.

This research aims to establish the relationship between environmental education and learning styles in students of the Professional Career of Forest and Environmental National University of Central Peru, in the city of Huancayo, in 2019. The present investigation has a quantitative approach. The type is descriptive correlational. The design is non-experimental and transversal. Environmental education and learning styles will be addressed in students of the Professional Career of Forest and Environmental Sciences of the Faculty of Forest and Environmental Sciences. The population of the Faculty consisted of 509 students and for the sample size 129 students were taken, corresponding to the V, VI and VII academic cycle. The collection instrument was a questionnaire with survey technique. It has been concluded that there is a significant 0.048 relationship between environmental education and learning styles in students of the Faculty of Forest and Environmental Sciences, with a level of significance p = <= 0.048  0.05. Such is the case that the alternative hypothesis H1 is approved and the hypothesis H0 is rejected. Therefore, it is statistically demonstrated that there is a significant relationship between environmental education and VARK learning styles.
