This research work deals with the contribution that the implementation of a bus monitoring service with GPS technology can provide to the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation, it should be noted that GPS technology allows us to have the approximate location of a certain vehicle 24 hours of the day seven days a week, thus allowing its monitoring and control, currently, the ministry does not have any tool to carry out this task, for this reason I believe it is important to develop a web tool that is not only limited to monitoring the units but that also allows registering each incident occurred by each monitored unit. On the other hand, the quality of the service is not well rated by the users who feel that they do not have mechanisms that make this service something special. For them, the proposed solution includes the development of an application for mobile phones that provides them with the information. that it is not currently officially known, information such as official stops, estimated time of buses to said stops and their current location. Also included is an alert system that, based on reported incidents, allows the system administrator to reassign routes, schedules, and whereabouts for the travel time to be optimal. The type of study corresponded to a correlational descriptive, as well as the design of the research is non-experimental with a cross-section. The population was made up of 148 collaborators. The technique used was the survey that consisted of 9 questions to know the degree of user satisfaction and what factors allow them to feel that the service provided is of better quality. For data processing, the support of the statistical program SPSS version 19 was used. Unfortunately, the solution could not be implemented, so there is no statistic on the feeling of users before and after implementation, thus reaching the conclusions and recommendations mentioned herein.
