The América Móvil Perú SAC company, within the information technology department, has the NOC IT area, which is responsible for monitoring the applications of the entire organization which are used by the users and final customers of the company with the in order to obtain the best performance and 99.9% availability. At the moment there is no tool to be able to specifically monitor the performance of the applications, so we do not have the visibility of what happened when there are indications or a problem in the applications. That is why the need arises to implement an APM software called CA APM Introscope, to efficiently monitor the applications in América Móvil Perú S.A.C. in order to make all the company's applications available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. For the implementation of the CA APM Introscope software, Octa-Core servers with 32 GB of RAM and Linux operating systems were requested, these are the requirements established by the CA company for the optimal operation of monitoring software. Once the monitoring software was installed on the servers, the monitoring agents were installed on the servers where the applications to be monitored are located, these agents will extract the information about the application's performance and send it to the CA APM Introscope servers so that can be processed and displayed in the form of alerts configured within an interactive dashboard.
