The research project aims to implement a Web application, to improve the process of standardization of the Health Care Portfolio. The purpose of this Informative Support Application is to present, in an organized and systematized manner, relevant information on the Health Care Portfolio of health establishments of the first level of care. In that sense, the aforementioned application constitutes an electronic management instrument at the operational level, which allows the Health Care Portfolio to be prepared, as established in Final Provision 8.3. of Administrative Directive N ° 242-MINSA / 2017 / DGAIN approved with Ministerial Resolution N ° 1069-2017 / MINSA. The elaboration of this electronic management instrument is part of the activities corresponding to the continuous improvement identified by the undersigned, allowing to increase the level of control and management of the data, with the aim of optimizing the level of rationality in decision making. As a result of improving the process of standardization of the health care portfolio of the health facilities, the interoperability of the different facilities with their respective IAFAS insurance fund management institutions was improved, this orientation in the use of the Portfolio information register of Health Care, provides updates and reports to be consumed by the different administrative and healthcare systems of the health sector. In conclusion, all the objectives set were achieved, in addition to eliminating the use of posters and paleographs in the different panels of health facilities of the first level of care.
