Implementación del sistema de activo fijo para mejorar la gestión de equipos informáticos del Instituto de Medicina Legal – Sede Lima

Abstract

La Presente Tesis Titulada “Implementación del Sistema de Activo Fijo para mejorar la Gestión de Equipos Informáticos del Instituto de Medicina Legal– Sede Lima”, se inicia debido al problema de no contar con un control del registro y gestión de los equipos informáticos con los que cuenta la División de Tanatología Forense del Instituto de Medicina Legal y Ciencias Forenses La investigación es aplicada ya que en base a fuentes y métodos estudiados aplicaremos las metodologías para realizar el diseño e implementar un sistema que mejore los procesos de control de los equipos informáticos, usaremos el Protocolo SNMP para capturar información en tiempo real de los equipos instalados y realizaremos el seguimiento con la ayuda del sistema creado en una plataforma web con tecnologías (MySQL, PHP Apache y otros) El diseño es Cuasi-experimental ya que medirán los resultados sin el sistema y luego se medirá con el Sistema en Plataforma Web. El resultado de esta investigación ayudara en la mejora de los proceso, reduciendo el tiempo en buscar los activos fijos (equipos informáticos), contar con un historial de fallas en línea para determinar el tiempo de vida de los activos y asimismo el seguimiento en tiempo real de las depreciaciones de los activos con la ayuda de la plataforma web. Se concluye que se logró mejorar la gestión de equipos informáticos mediante el Sistema de Activo Fijo.

The result of the investigation consists in the improvement of the process, reducing the time in search of computer equipment, having a history of failures in line to determine the life time of the assets and also the following in real time of the depreciation of assets with the help of the web platform. It is concluded that he was achieved to improve the management of computers through the system of fixed assets.
