Trabajo colaborativo en el desempeño de los docentes de las instituciones educativas del Valle de Zatinaki del Distrito de Perené – 2019

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “Trabajo colaborativo en el desempeño de los docentes de las instituciones educativas del Valle de Zatinaki del distrito de Perené - 2019”, tuvo como objetivo principal establecer la relación que existe entre el trabajo colaborativo y el desempeño de los docentes de las instituciones educativas del Valle de Zatinaki del distrito de Perené – 2019. El enfoque de investigación empleado fue el cuantitativo y el tipo de investigación desarrollado fue básica; además, el nivel de investigación es descriptivo y se utilizó un diseño no experimental, transversal, correlacional con una muestra de 24 docentes de instituciones educativas rurales del Valle de Zatinaki. En el recojo de datos se utilizaron dos cuestionarios, los cuales tuvieron una validación y su confiabilidad fue probada por el coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach. Finalmente, se utilizó la prueba de normalidad para determinar el empleo de la prueba no paramétrica Rho de Spearman en el contraste de las hipótesis. La investigación ha permitido afirmar que existe una relación directa, alta y significativa (Rho = 0.845, p = .000) entre el trabajo colaborativo y el desempeño de los docentes de las instituciones educativas del Valle de Zatinaki del distrito de Perené – 2019, el cual permite afirmar a un mejor trabajo colaborativo, mejor es el desempeño docente.

The present research work entitled “Collaborative work in the performance of teachers of educational institutions of the Zatinaki Valley, Perené district - 2019”, had as main objective to establish the relationship between collaborative work and teacher performance of the educational institutions of the Zatinaki Valley, Perené district - 2019. The research approach used was quantitative and the type of research developed was basic; In addition, the level of research is descriptive and a non-experimental, cross- sectional, correlational design was used with a sample of 24 teachers from rural educational institutions in the Zatinaki Valley. In the data collection two questionnaires were used, which had a validation and their reliability was tested by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Finally, the normality test was used to determine the use of the non-parametric Spearman Rho test in the hypothesis contrast. The research has allowed us to affirm that there is a direct, high and significant relationship (Rho = 0.845, p = .000) between collaborative work and the performance of teachers in the educational institutions of the Zatinaki Valley, Perené district - 2019, the which allows us to affirm a better collaborative work, the better the teaching performance.
