The present work aims to carry out the design of the flexible pavement of the road that connects the populated center Cerro Blanco-Quirihuac II, located in the district of Laredo, La Libertad. Applying the ASSTHO 93 Method and elaborated by the regulations C.010 Urban Pavements and Manual of automotive traffic control devices for streets and roads. The work has been divided into four chapters. The first is about the problematic reality, which is what brings us an adequate design of quality and useful life of the roads. The justification is important because this can be done with some possible solutions, for the proposal of design and signaling of the roads, finally, the Objectives. In the second Chapter the theoretical framework has been developed, where the concept of pavements and their road design is defined. The third chapter has developed the proposal for professional application, where you obtain the necessary field data to carry out the work. The fourth Chapter the conclusions of the road design proposal. And as the last Chapter five recommendations, through quality we can see possible inconveniences of work. As conclusion of the work it can be specified that we have obtained the expected results of the analysis, according to the methodology of AASTHO 1993. Four scores were considered to calculate the thicknesses of the pavement, opting for the third one since it has the thicknesses that the efforts are aware of. produced by traffic load and external factors, with the following thicknesses; Asphalt Binder 5 cm, Base 15 cm, Sub base 20 cm. Otherwise, the flexible pavement runs hot asphalt due to its impermeability and high resistance to external agents.
