The present monograph seeks to obtain technical information necessary to elaborate the research analysis of flexible pavement reinforced with 4D steel fibers through the wear methodology HDM-IV, Trujillo, La Libertad. The present investigation elaborated the theory of the use of steel fibers which have been used in the construction medium for more than 5 years, only that its use has not been very widespread in the whole engineering community, as an example of the good use of This is the development of the use of metal fibers for reinforced concrete construction in the city of Trujillo, noting that the reinforcement of concrete is achieved through a three-dimensional coupling, reducing the stress applied to the structural element thus increasing its strength, used mainly in floors and pavements, Odicio (2007) says “obtaining a high number of fibers per Kg, distributing uniformly and achieving a homogeneous mechanical behavior”.
