Abstract

Este trabajo se ha desarrollado con el objetivo de analizar el nivel de incidencia de la Prisión Preventiva en la sobrepoblación carcelaria en los penales Castro Castro y Lurigancho, en el distrito Judicial Lima Este, 2017. El tipo de estudio de acuerdo al fin que persigue básica, de acuerdo al diseño de investigación descriptiva, se utiliza el método cuantitativo con análisis documentario El presente estudio tiene como base el análisis documentario, de los distintos informes estadísticos emitidos por el Instituto Nacional Penitenciario (INPE) y del Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INEI) en el periodo enero- febrero 2017
