The objective of this paper is to carry out a design proposal for urban pavements in the Mampuesto Sector, Barrio 2 between Av. Paula Quiroz and Manuel Ubalde, located in the district EL PORVENIR, La Libertad. Applying the ASSTHO 93 Method and elaborated through the regulations C.010 Urban Pavements and Manual of automotive traffic control devices for streets and highways. The work has been divided into four Chapters. The first is about the problematic reality, which is what leads us to an adequate design of quality and useful life of the urban roads. The justification that is important because this way it will be possible to find some possible solutions, for the proposal of design and signaling of the roads, finally the Objectives. In the second Chapter, the theoretical framework has been developed, where it is defined the concept of pavements and its urban road design. The third chapter has developed the professional application proposal, where data is obtained e field necessary to develop the work. The fourth chapter the conclusions of the urban road design proposal. And as last chapter five recommendations, through which we can see possible disadvantages of the work. As a conclusion of the work we can mention that we have obtained the expected results of the analysis, according to the AASTHO 1993 methodology. Four scores were made to calculate the thickness of the pavement, opting for the third since it has the thicknesses that comply with providing adequate the efforts produced by the traffic load and external factors, with the following thicknesses; Asphalt Folder 10 cm, Base 20 cm, Sub base 25 cm. Otherwise the flexible pavement will be made of hot asphalt due to its impermeability and high resistance to external agents.
