The main objective of this research work is to evaluate the impact of the Monetary Transfer Program (JUNTOS) on Child Malnutrition in Children under 5 Years of Age in the Department of Lima. For this, a comparison was made between the beneficiaries of the Juntos program and non-beneficiaries, to analyze the impact that this program has on the beneficiaries and identify how significant it is in reducing chronic malnutrition. Likewise, this was applied taking into account other characteristics such as level of education, level of family income and spending on food. The method for this research is the Differences in Differences model. According to the exploration and review of the literature, it can be identified that those children under 5 years of age are beneficiaries of the program. Together they have less malnutrition compared to those who were not beneficiaries. Finally, it is concluded that the Monetary Transfer Programs, Together in Peru, have a positive impact on child malnutrition in the department of Lima.
